"[014] in 5" is musical theoretical terminology called "nomenclature". Based on Atonal Set-Theory, it is describing a particular collection of pitches used in this composition. Borrowing techniques from 20th Century Classical fused with odd-meter Jazz this particular Fusion experiment is a product of mathematical & spiritual principles expressed in musical form.

"[014]" is a set of tones that is continually transposed and re-ordered, and " in 5" is the time signature of the tune.
